A unique opportunity to Jet boat down the Waiau River to Lake Manapouri before stepping off the boat and into Fiordland National Park for a guided walk on the world famous Kepler Track—one of New Zealand’s Great Walks.
- After your jet boat ride, head ashore to begin a 6-kilometre guided walk along the Kepler Track through Fiordland National Park’s mystical beech forest to Rainbow Reach. The Kepler Track is one of New Zealand’s Great Walks and has a gentle gradient, is well maintained and thus suitable for all abilities.
- Your knowledgeable guide will provide further details about native flora and fauna; the unique beech forest ecological cycle and current conservation efforts being made around Fiordland.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch in one of the many serene locations along the way before finishing the walk by crossing the famous Rainbow Reach Swing Bridge, which you passed under on the jet boat! From there we’ll provide transport back to your Te Anau accomodation.
