Terms and Conditions (Cancellation Policy)
Cancellations and Amendments:
- In the event of a cancellation to your booking, refunds will only be granted when Fiordland Jet receives notification at least 24 hours prior (NZ time) to departure.
- Reservations can be transferred to another date, subject to availability, with no transfer fee incurred.
- Fiordland is an alpine area and subject to extreme weather. In case of supplier cancellation due to adverse weather or road/river/lake conditions, a full refund will be given, or booking may be transferred to another departure (if applicable).
Timetables/Equipment/ Schedules:
Fiordland Jet Ltd reserves the right to amend timetables, cancel departures and substitute equipment or plan at any time.
Risk Disclosure:
Fiordland Jet Ltd manages the hazards of our guided jet boat trips. Clients must follow the instructions of the driver/guide and parents must ensure their minors do the same. Clients must advise their guide on the day if they have any physical conditions that may affect their enjoyment of the excursion. The driver/guide reserves the right to curtail the trip at any time if they believe the safety, or the safety of others may be compromised. Although jet boat trips are not recommended for pregnant women or infants, participation is at the discretion of the participant and driver/guide.
Physical exertion required and the force exerted on the body during the Fiordland Jet adventure activities can activate or aggravate pre-existing physical injuries, conditions, or congenital defects. Please seek medical advice if you know or suspect that your physical condition may be incompatible with adventure activities, before undertaking the activities.
By participating in Fiordland Jet Ltd excursions clients agree to the above terms.
